Isocyanate PM700 (WANNATE® PM-700) is a high-functional, high-viscosity organic chemical raw material of polymeric MDI. Its CAS number is 9016-87-9. At room temperature, it is a dark brown transparent liquid with a functional group of 3.0-3.1 and a NCO content of 29.0-32.0%. It is the core raw material for the production of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foams. This product is suitable for the continuous production of PIR sandwich panels and can effectively improve the uniformity of foam cell structure, dimensional stability, and the compressive strength in the vertical direction of foaming. At the same time, it can enhance the flame retardancy of the foam. It is a high-quality raw material in the field of insulation. Its packaging is a 210L standard steel drum, with a net weight of 250kg per drum. It should be stored under recommended conditions of 15-35ºC, sealed, dry, and protected from water. The shelf life can reach 1 year. It is widely used in the production of insulation hard foams for building exteriors, cold storage, and pipelines, and can also be used in the production of related polyurethane products such as industrial adhesives and composite board bonding.
